Enquiries and bookings
When you submit a request, ACS stores the information you provide, the selected services, a booking reference and progress updates. Requests are connected to the ACS CRM for follow-up and service coordination. Submitting a booking does not automatically charge you.
Documents and staff access
Uploaded files are stored outside the public website folder. Downloads require a verified request session or authorised staff access. Keep your reference private. Staff notes marked internal are not shown in client tracking.
Website activity
The website records aggregate page views, browser-session visits, broad traffic-source categories, application-link opens and submitted requests. These activity counters do not contain visitor names, phone numbers or raw IP addresses. Session visits are not a count of unique people. Separate security rate limits use hashed network identifiers to reduce abuse.
Cookies and external applications
A session cookie supports sign-in, form security and request verification. The booking catalogue stores selected service identifiers in your browser for the current browsing session. ACS application links, WhatsApp, social networks and externally supplied fonts or assets may connect to separate services with their own privacy practices. Staff location and device tracking are managed by the authorised CRM application, not this public website.
Requests about your information
Contact admin@acsconsultancy.in for questions or requests relating to your information. Relevant service and compliance records may need to be retained; ACS will review requests individually.
