Since these are customized professional services, traditional product return policies do not apply.

2. Return Policy

ACS Consultancy mainly provides consultancy, digital processing, documentation, and compliance services. Therefore physical return of services is not applicable.

No Return Applicable For:

• Consultancy sessions already provided
• Applications already prepared or submitted
• Registration work already initiated
• Digital documentation delivered
• Tax filing and legal drafting services
• Government processing and filing charges

Once the work process has started, the service shall be considered utilized.

3. Refund Policy

Refund May Be Considered In Following Cases:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Wrong service selected by mistake
• Service could not be initiated internally
• Approved refund after management review

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Government rejection due to incorrect documents
• Incomplete information from client side
• Delays from government departments
• Consultancy already provided
• Work already initiated or completed
• Digital services already delivered
• Urgent processing fees
• Government and third-party charges

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds may take approximately 7 to 15 working days for processing.

4. Exchange / Modification Policy

As consultancy services are customized, exchange of services is generally not applicable.

Clients May Request:

• Service upgrades
• Additional compliance support
• Modification in package scope
• Additional legal documentation
• Priority processing support

Additional charges may apply depending on the revised work scope.

5. Client Responsibility

• Provide genuine and accurate documents
• Submit information on time
• Verify details before application submission
• Respond promptly to queries
• Ensure lawful use of services

ACS Consultancy shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or rejection caused due to incorrect or incomplete information from clients.

6. Government & Third-Party Approvals

Several services depend on approvals from government departments, statutory bodies, banks, and external authorities.

We Do Not Guarantee:

• Government approval timelines
• Portal uptime or technical availability
• Approval certainty
• Third-party processing speed

Approvals are subject to applicable laws, government verification, and departmental discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted before work commencement.

Once consultation, drafting, registration processing, or compliance filing has started, cancellation may not be accepted.
